We are excited to announce the upcoming I-HOW and COSPAR school for early career astronomers, taking place this summer in China. This workshop will feature invited lecturers delivering talks on a range of topics related to high-resolution X-ray spectroscopy, as well as hands-on training in data reduction and analysis for XRISM and grating data.

We are particularly eager to welcome participants from underrepresented communities in or from Asia-Pacific countries and regions. Reasonable financial support for travel and accommodation is available for those who require assistance. A selection process will ensure that we stay within our capacity and have a diverse and inclusive group of attendees. This school will be offline only.
